JPlatform Page Scheduler Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 8, 2026

JPlatform Page Scheduler stores only the information needed to provide the Facebook Page scheduling workflow, including server-side OAuth connection records, Page summaries, tokens, scheduled job records, direct-post job records, comments, retry events, and related execution events.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Open JPlatform Page Scheduler and use the account disconnect action to remove the account from the current installation.
  2. If full server-side deletion is needed, send a deletion request to choihojin@pullbbang.com.
  3. Include the Facebook account name or Page name used with JPlatform Page Scheduler so we can identify the connection.
  4. Do not send Facebook passwords or access tokens in the request.

Removing App Access in Facebook

Users may also remove JPlatform Page Scheduler from their Facebook or Meta app settings. Removing the app stops future authorized access from JPlatform Page Scheduler. If server-side records should also be deleted, please send a deletion request using the contact address on this page so we can identify and remove the related records.

What We Delete

Operational Logs

Scheduled-post, direct-post, comment, retry, and audit logs may include post text, comment text, Page identifiers, post identifiers, status, permalink, and Meta API error messages. These logs do not include Facebook passwords, App Secrets, user access tokens, or Page access tokens. Where possible, job logs related to a deletion request will be deleted or anonymized unless they are still needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or unresolved operational issues.

Timing

We review deletion requests and process applicable records as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days after we have enough information to identify the account or Page connection.

Confirmation

After processing a deletion request, we will reply to the requesting email address with the result or ask for additional information if we cannot identify the relevant connection.
